If you use 3 hours today, then you will set apart 18 minutes (10%) of your consumed time for the Lord next day.
You will give 10% to the Lord of the entire time you have used on gaming, social media, film, Tv, internet in a day.
You can use your time with the Lord in one of the following: Bible reading, Prayer and Worship, Fasting*

Why give God 10% of your screen time or of your day?
We give God 10% of our income — not because He needs our money, but because we need to put Him first.
In the same way, we can give Him 10% of our time — not because He is lacking us,
but because we are the ones who need Him.
When we give God the first part of our time, we realign our hearts.
We are saying:
“You are not just a part of my life — You are the foundation.”
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”

Jesus Himself lived a busy life — yet He consistently withdrew to be alone with the Father.
“Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where He prayed.”
— Gospel of Mark 1:35
If the Son of God needed time alone with the Father — how much more do we?
